Job Description:
1.Field failure monitoring (extended from technical warranty problems to customer satisfaction and social medias results), data analyzing and Q-reporting;
现场故障监测(从技术保修问题延伸到客户满意度和社交媒体结果),数据分析和质量报告;
2.Manage field returns (failure parts/appliances) and track analysis results;
管理领域的回报(故障部件/设备)和跟踪分析结果;
3.Initial failure detection of new products and delivery information for further activities;
新产品的初始失效检测和交付信息,用于进一步的活动;
4.Deal with critical customer complaints(e.g. EFSB), track and report CTS analysis result;
处理客户的投诉,跟踪并报告CTS分析结果;
5.Support on field quality improvement projects and track the effectiveness;
支持现场质量改进项目并跟踪其有效性;
6.Collaboration with customer service, provide failure tree and technical instruction (e.g. regular meeting, involved in CS repair training);
配合客户服务,提供故障树和技术指导(如定期会议,参与CS维修培训);
7.Track imported appliances quality performance in the Chinese market and feedback to responsible factories, tracking improvements.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above with Major in electronics or Mechanical;
本科及以上学历,电子或机械相关专业;
2.At least 3years work experience, especially in quality department is preferred;
3年以上工作经验,质量部门工作经验优先;
3.Well communication skills and team player;
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
4.Good English skill in oral, presentation and writing;
良好的英语口语、表达和写作能力;
5.Master quality tools, problem solving tool (8D)
掌握质量工具、问题解决工具(8D)
6.Basic data analysis skills
